Learn more about CAGBC at our AGM

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canada Green Building Council will be held on the afternoon of Wednesday June 17, 2026 at Le Centre Sheraton Montréal, in Montréal, QC. This is an opportunity for CAGBC members in good standing to hear about the accomplishments of the Council from the previous year and exercise their right to vote on issues of governance such as:

•    Approving the 2026 AGM minutes;
•    Receiving the 2026 audited financial statements;
•    Appointing auditors for the 2026 fiscal year;
•    Ratifying Directors elected in the 2026 Board election;
•    Approving changes to CAGBC Bylaws; and
•    Receiving the President and CEO's report

Voting members (Corporate Members) are critical to the growth and vitality of the Council. Only one representative of each Corporate Member organization is eligible to vote, but all members are welcome to attend the AGM. We ask voting members to register their intention to attend.

The BLC 2026 Welcome reception will follow the AGM, onsite at Le Centre Sheraton Montréal.
