PIPE
PIPE
An important aspect of our culture is our commitment to fostering a respectful workplace. Our Respectful Workplace Policy outlines appropriate conduct and behavior to ensure we continue to have a safe and healthy work environment at Kickoff:
- Please remember, regardless of the time of day or type of event, you are attending Kickoff as a valued member of our team and you should reflect our core values of PIPE at all times.
- Should you choose to consume alcohol, it may only be served by a licensed bartender. Team members are expected to drink responsibly and, if necessary, ensure safe transportation back home.
- You may only attend O2E Brands-sanctioned Kickoff events. This means you cannot attend private after parties in others’ hotel rooms.
- You should consider your personal safety and comfort when making decisions about socializing with others, and ensure you do so in public locations.
Failure to comply with our Respectful Workplace Policy and Code of Conduct may result in consequences up to and including termination of employment.
Dress code: Please remember to dress professionally at all Kickoff events. Business casual attire is mandatory and branded clothing is always encouraged. No jeans, hoodies, ripped or torn clothing may be worn.
