Huzaifa Faisal is a Senior Community Development Advisor with the Government of Alberta's Community Development Unit (CDU). She partners with municipalities, nonprofits, government agencies, and community leaders across Alberta to address complex social challenges through facilitation, systems thinking, community engagement, and collaborative design.

Huzaifa leads and supports Alberta's Community Complexity Lab initiative, working alongside communities to explore challenges that no single organization can solve alone. Through this work, she helps create the conditions for shared understanding, stronger relationships, collective action, and community-driven change. Her work focuses on strengthening collaboration across sectors and supporting communities to navigate complexity, build capacity, and advance long-term solutions to local challenges.
