Charm is a Social Policy Analyst on the Evaluation and Planning team with Family and Community Services at Strathcona County. Her career has taken her from health promotion in Camrose, to provincial work in FASD, Indigenous health and community wellbeing, to time away raising three girls, and now back to public service at the municipal level. With a Master of Social Work and a natural curiosity about how people, systems and ideas connect, she is happiest working in the space between evaluation, planning and social policy. She enjoys connection, chaos and collaboration - often all at the same time.
