Applications for travel grants will be assessed based on the following criteria and limited to a number of people:

• Financial Need – Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate a clear financial need and lack of alternative funding sources.
• Balanced Geographic Representation – We aim to support a diverse group of attendees by considering geographic distribution to ensure broad representation. Grants will mainly support attendees from Low and Middle Income Countries.
• Conference Role – Preference may be given to applicants with active participation in the conference, such as oral presenters, poster presenters, or committee members.
• Career Stage – We strive to support individuals at various stages of their careers, with particular consideration for early-career professionals and students.

Grant recipients will be selected based on a review of these factors to ensure a fair and equitable allocation of funds.
