Claire Bennett is Risk Services Director and the Government and Public Sector Sustainability Lead at PwC Canada, and formerly a climate leader within the municipal and higher education sectors. She brings extensive experience leading major capital and operating programs, including green-certified new builds and large-scale infrastructure transformations. Claire advises infrastructure owners, multi-stakeholder organisations, and governing bodies on climate strategy, transition planning, and real assets risk. Her work has driven landmark investment, strong returns, and design excellence—contributing to advancements in provincial building code policy and equity-informed approaches to municipal climate planning. Claire holds a Master of Planning, is a Six Sigma LEAN Green Belt, a published author in integrated planning and management, and a recipient of a Canada Clean50 Award.
