As Managing Director, Sustainable Investing, Kathleen leads the implementation of IMCO's sustainable investing program. Kathleen joined IMCO in August 2024 as a Principal on the Sustainable Investing team, leading sustainability integration across public equities and real estate deal cycles. She represents IMCO as a subject matter expert at industry events and serves on the Global Real Estate Engagement Network's Systemic Workstream Committee and Climate Engagement Canada Steering Committee.

Kathleen has more than 15 years of sustainable investing and capital markets experience. She previously served as Director of Impact & ESG at Forum Asset Management, leading sustainability initiatives for private real estate funds and developing impact management frameworks. She spent over a decade at Russell Investments in senior research and portfolio analyst roles, overseeing external equity managers and driving global ESG research and engagement.

Kathleen holds the CFA designation and a Certificate in ESG Investing. She serves as Board member and Audit Committee Chair for Journalists for Human Rights.
