Graeme Hussey is a national expert in developing affordable housing having led the creation of 1,000+ affordable homes in Ottawa. Graeme is currently the president of Nesting Ground, a new Canadian non-profit housing organization that will own and operate sustainable, affordable housing at scale, with a 2,300+ unit Ontario portfolio.

Previously, Graeme was Director, Affordable Housing for Windmill Development Group, Canada’s leading sustainable residential developer. He also served as president of Cahdco and created the Toolbox+. Cahdco is Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corp (CCOC) non-profit real estate development corporation. CCOC is one Canada's largest private non-profit housing providers and one of the few with their own development capacity. Toolbox+ by Cahdco is a national community of practice to build capacity to create affordable housing.
