Previously, he spent nearly two decades at the Saint Paul Port Authority, leading large-scale redevelopment and sustainable development initiatives, including The Heights—a 112 acre, LEED Platinum, Net Zero Energy community. Monte leveraged over $125M in public and $1.5B in private investment during his tenure.
