Alexandra Faciu is President of Alexandra Capital and the Founder of SAM Curated. A purpose‑driven leader and entrepreneur, she specializes in sustainability and real estate asset and portfolio strategies, with a mission to help owners integrate best practices and future‑proof their portfolios. With more than 25 years of experience across senior advisory and principal roles, she brings deep expertise and a broad industry perspective. Alexandra is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was recently elected to its Governing Council, following several years as Sustainability Lead for the RICS Americas World Regional Board. She is a frequent speaker at RICS conferences, including at the 2023 World Built Environment Forum, where she was part of the Investor Interest in Climate-Related Risk Assessments on Built Assets session. Last year, she presented her co‑authored research on climate risk and real estate values at the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s National Conference. Alexandra also contributes to global initiatives, including the OECD Task Force on Sustainable Real Estate Investment, supporting the development of the policy paper Future Proofing Real Estate Investment.
