Jason Packer, LEED Fellow, is a sustainability consultant with over 25 years of experience advancing high-performance buildings and low-carbon communities. As a leader at Recollective, he works with project teams across Canada to deliver integrated strategies spanning LEED, Zero Carbon, Passive House, and the Living Building Challenge.

Jason’s career began in the trades, where early exposure to inefficient and unhealthy construction sparked a focus on better building practices. Today, he brings that practical perspective to complex projects, helping bridge the gap between policy, design ambition, and on-the-ground delivery. His project experience includes Vancouver’s Olympic Village and the Okanagan College Centre of Excellence, among others.

A long-time contributor to the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC), Jason is a LEED Fellow, educator, and industry advocate committed to accelerating the transition to a low-carbon built environment.
