With experience spanning both construction and development, Said brings a well-rounded understanding of the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through to execution and closeout. He began his career with leading construction management firms, working across institutional, commercial, industrial, and transit sectors before transitioning into residential and mixed-use development.

Said has a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex stakeholder environments, and driving efficient, high-quality project delivery. He is particularly interested in exploring unconventional, efficient, and high-performing construction systems that can help advance sustainability in the industry while supporting the delivery of much-needed housing.
