Scott brings over 25 years’ experience in building enclosures and facades, sustainability and low-carbon buildings, deep retrofits and decarbonization, existing building repair and renewal, heritage building assessment and restoration, roofing and vegetated green roofs, and integrated design practices.

Scott is passionate about building design and construction, ongoing performance, deterioration, failure, and renewal. His projects have spanned commercial, institutional, health care, heritage, recreational, residential, industrial, and neighbourhood development in Canada, Bermuda, and the Middle East.

A LEED Accredited Professional, Building Science Specialist (BSS), and Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), Scott successfully bridges the traditional gap between Architectural and Engineering disciplines. Scott is frequently invited to speak on topics such as enclosure design, high performance building design, decarbonization, and existing building retrofits.
