Yet for many existing buildings there remains a critical gap between climate‑risk screening results and practical capital planning. Building owners are often left grappling with inconsistent risk data, difficulty quantifying avoided losses, and limited valuation signals, hindering investment decisions that could materially reduce exposure to physical climate risk. This session offers the building‑owner perspective on how to close the gap and turn risk identification into actionable strategies.
