Kimberly Knull is a Registered Psychologist, motivational speaker, and trained by Brené Brown as a Dare to Lead™ facilitator. She’s the Co-Founder of Momentum Walk-In Counselling Society, a non-profit mental health counselling agency for those who would otherwise be unable to access quality services.

Kimberly is no stranger to the media. She’s the host of The Overwhelm Cure podcast, recognized as one of Avenue magazine’s Top 40 Under 40, hit the 880 CHED's airwaves as their parenting columnist, and is a go-to for local news.

When she’s not sharing her expertise, find her relaxing with her husband and two girls in Edmonton, Alberta, playing the piano, or riding her horses.
